At the KIA, we offer tours tailored to each age group; each experience is inspired by the current exhibition and/or permanent collection. (During covid-19, the maximum group size is 20; we look forward to welcoming large groups soon).

Self-Guided Groups

Please schedule your visit in advance to avoid conflicts with other groups.

Pre K-12 school groups are free. Regular museum admission applies to adult and college groups.

School and Home Groups

Qualifying Kalamazoo County K-8 school groups pay only $25 for busing costs with a Transportation Rebate through KRESA EFA.

Schedule guided or self-guided visits 3 to 4 weeks in advance.

School tours are free. College and adult tours $2+ museum admission ($5 for adults, $2 for students with ID).

School tours with hands-on projects: Tuesday – Friday, 10 am to 12 pm
